Computer Scientist | AI & Educational Technology Specialist | Former Lecturer | A-Level Computer Science Educator | Data Analyst

Learning Computer Science should be more than preparing for examinations, it should prepare you to build solutions that solve real-world problems.

I am a Computer Scientist, educator, and technology entrepreneur with over a decade of experience teaching Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electronic Engineering at both secondary school and tertiary level. Throughout my career, I have taught in rural schools, urban schools, and higher education institutions, giving me a unique understanding of how students learn across different environments and backgrounds. My teaching journey has taken me from being a Computer Science teacher and Head of IT in secondary education to becoming a lecturer in Electronic and Computer Systems. Beyond the classroom, I currently work as a Data Analyst while leading the development of innovative education technologies designed to make quality education accessible regardless of geography.

I believe Computer Science is best learned through doing. My lessons combine theory with practical application, enabling students not only to understand concepts but to develop the confidence to apply them in programming, systems analysis, software development, networking, cybersecurity, databases, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. For A-Level Computer Science students, I provide comprehensive guidance covering examination preparation, programming, algorithms, computational thinking, database design, systems architecture, networking, software engineering principles, and project development. My aim is to help students achieve outstanding examination results while developing the practical skills expected by universities and industry. For Electrical Engineering students studying Computer Skills, my lessons focus on building strong digital competencies that modern engineers require. Students learn practical computing skills, Microsoft Office applications, data management, internet technologies, digital collaboration, AI productivity tools, and problem-solving techniques that improve academic performance and workplace readiness.

My teaching philosophy is simple: Understand first. Memorise second. Apply always.

Every learner deserves patient guidance, clear explanations, practical demonstrations, and continuous support. I encourage questions, critical thinking, and curiosity because these are the qualities that transform students into innovators. Whether you are preparing for your A-Level examinations, strengthening your programming skills, or developing professional computer skills for engineering and industry, I am committed to helping you reach your goals through structured, engaging, and practical learning experiences.

I look forward to being part of your learning journey.
